Returns and Refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may exchange or return the products to us within 30 days. To initiate a return, please contact us using the contact information provided on our website.

• We accept returns on new and unused items.
• We accept returns within 30 days with proof of purchase.
• Items returned past 30 days or without proof of purchase will not be honored.
• All returns must include the online order number, visible on the shipping package.
• New or unused items in original packing will be refunded the purchase price. Initial shipping charges will not be refunded.
• Shipping on returned items will be free for the customer.
• Defective items will be replaced at no charge. Proof of defect must be provided.
• All returns must be initiated via website form found here.
• Please provide details on which item you are returning and the reason for the return.
