Britt Dion, Director of Education and Lead Stylist, began her career in 1999. In the years that followed a two year training program, she has combined theory and practice with hours of continuing education in preparation to lead the education program and stylists at Dolce Lusso. She has trained with the likes of Lupe Voss, Allen Ruiz, Jon Reyman, Peter Gray, Ray Civello & Antoinette Benders to name a few.
As a well-respected Aveda Hair Color Purefessional and Aveda Show Team Member, Britt is a Lead Stylist for New York City & London Fashion Weeks. There she has styled hair for fashion design greats as, Elie Tahari, Betsey Johnson, Brandon Maxwell, Nautica, Badgley Miscka, Christian Siriano and Tibi, to name a few.
Britt has been fortunate to work as an educator for Aveda since 2009. Most recently she was named North American Artistic Director of Hairstyling. In her new role, she will develop in-person educational classes and educational video content, collaborate on regional trend forecasting, and more.
Since 2014 she has been doing a Live Hair segment monthly for WCCB’s New Rising. As well as being an On Air Contributor for their Live broadcast. Britt has been Lead Stylist for the Carolina Panthers Cheerleaders for 15 seasons, and a stylist to celebrities.

At Dolce Lusso we have a several Educational Programs. Our Protégé Program is 30 weeks. Class is held every Monday. This
includes 12 cut, 12 color, and 6 styling classes. We also have a Continuing Education Program. These classes are held once a
month. These classes are in every domain and are more advanced. They are designed to keep our on the floor stylist up to date on
current trends as well as to sharpen their tools. As the Director of Education I am required to attend 80% of these and to facilitate 50% of them.

Education and experience: I have a bachelors degree in communication and psychology from the University of Pittsburgh. I attended cosmetology school at Toni & Guy in Newtown, Connecticut.

Devon graduated from Vidal Sassoon Academy in 1991, where she learned the importance of precision hair cutting as a foundation for any hair cut. While attending VSA she assisted multiple Colorist in the color department at Jose’ Eber Salon on Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills exposing her to various color techniques. Moving forward Devon continued to work in high end celebrity based salons in L.A.
Devon consistently sharpens her skills through continued education via classes, shows, hands on and personal training with some of the best in the industry.

Textured Hair Educator
Jasmin Salley began her career in 2010. Her passion for working with all textures of hair has led her to teaching the textured hair and hair cutting courses for Dolce Lusso’s education program. Jasmin is a Senior Stylist that provides a complete list of services to clients including Advanced Hair Color, Advanced Haircutting, Relaxers, Natural Hair Care, Extensions, and Keratin Treatments. Jasmin has attended classes taught by Aveda educators such Lupe Voss, Jon Reyman, Tippi Shorter, and Jimmy Girgenti.

I graduated from the Aveda Institute in Charlotte at the top of my class, and from Dolce’s protégé program. I am certified in extensions and keratin treatments. I love both color and cutting, and using both to create a look customized for each guest in my chair. I do have a special love for highlighting. Hair is a science and an art, and I truly appreciate both aspects fully. I love giving people a good experience, creating a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere, and taking care of each person in my chair all while using my creativity and skill.

Toni Kintzel is a multi-faceted Hair Stylist, who is sought after for her impeccable skills and her awesome conversation. She is from the Chicago, Illinois and represents it proudly. At a very young age her passion with hair, paved the way for a Cosmetology career. Kintzel has 2 years of experience and has been with Dolce Lusso for 3 years. Her experience and great attitude lead her to opportunities to support the Carolina Panthers Cheerleaders/Dancers as they prepared for season events in 2018/2019. Kintzel is an experienced stylist who will make sure you leave feeling even more beautiful than you already are!
