Dolce Lusso’s very own Director of Education, Britt Dion, is adding another impressive title to her name, North American Artistic Director of Hairstyling for Aveda! Britt will be developing educational classes and content, collaborating on regional trend forecasting, and more! To say that we are proud is an understatement! Congratulations, Britt!
We are so excited to be opening our 5th location VERY SOON!
Located in the heart of Kingsley Town Center, this 7000 square foot space will be an oasis for all things Wellness and Beauty.
Within the walls, we will have 20 stations specific to hair services such as cutting, coloring, texturizing (perms & keratin treatments), hair extensions, and more.
There will be three spa rooms devoted to massage, facials, waxing, tinting, and various eyelash services. Comfortable pedicure chairs and manicure stations will provide a relaxing atmosphere for all nail related services. An express bar area will be available for services such as blowouts, hair styling, waxing services, and hair extensions. A retail space will offer all of the Aveda products you love and know, plus will showcase the work of local artists. Taking wellness to another level, a salt room will provide a dry salt air environment to improve health and mood.
In addition, Dolce Lusso Salon & Day Spa at Kingsley Town Center will be equipped with a Wellness Room. This Wellness Room will act as a refuge for those recovering from cancer and other diseases. Our goal is to provide patients with a comfortable and private setting where they can relax, refresh, and renew with complimentary services specific to their needs. There will also be a standalone, 6 chair barber shop, equipped with a putting green, making the perfect environment for a cut, style, and shave.
Since the early days of Aveda, providing and protecting clean water has been a major passion. At Dolce Lusso, we have embraced that same passion. Each year, we partner with a local organization with one goal in mind: to make our world better. This year, we are working hard to raise funds for the Catawba Riverkeeper Foundation and Charity: Water. Both organizations seek to drastically change the lives of others by providing clean water. When a community has access to clean water, health can improve, access to food is increased, local economies grow, children can spend more time in school, and the cycle of poverty is ultimately eliminated. We are asking our guests to round up their bills, purchase limited edition Aveda products, and purchase our very own ‘Earth Month Plants’. Our staff is also showing support by wearing BLUE all month long. Any amount and effort, no matter how small, will go a long way!
Treat Mom to something special this Mother’s Day!
