Dolce Lusso started with a dream of making every guest look and feel beautiful, both inside and out. It is a family-run business, started in 2006 with one location in Baxter Village. We now have four locations and are currently building a fifth. Dolce is looking for strong team players who will help build and maintain our culture of customer service, consistency, teamwork and integrity. We employ 137 people in North and South Carolina. Our average service provider makes $45,000 a year.

Giving back to our community is very important to us and is what fills our hearts with joy. In 2018, we donated over 30K in time and money to over 25 organizations. 

We are the official salon of the Carolina TOPCATS cheerleaders and provide the hair and makeup for each home game. 

Education is very important to us and we host over 70 classes every year with an opportunity to take many more. We pay on average 44% commission.
